Wiring I/O board が急に動かなくなったときはFUSEを疑った方がいい。
Wiring I/O board にはFUSEがあるのでそれが切れると動かなくなるみたいだ。

I guess you checked the JP1 jumper for power selection: http://wiring.org.co/ioboard/installation.html so it seems weird to me, the only thing I can think of is the fuse. There is a 500mA fuse on the wiring board to protect both your USB and the board from overloads or short circuits caused by accidents Smiley. The fuse can be removed and replaced. Can you see the fuse in the board? It is marked F1 and it is under the power LED. It can be unsoldered carefully, then get another one and solder it back. 原因がFUSEかどうかはFUSEの部分を直結してみて動くか試してみればわかる。

■FUSEの直結の仕方
Wiringにつながっている自分の回路を全部切断して、Wiring I/O board だけにする。
USBコネクタとかを右にしてみた時powerLEDの下らへんにあるF1という部品がFUSEなので
その部品が

を直結すればよい。

これで動くのならFuseが原因なのは間違いない。

　だが、何かが原因でFuseがきれたことになるので、Fuseを交換しても、自分のプログラムとWiring I/O board につなげている回路に間違いがないか調べてからつなげた方が無難。また切れる可能性が高い。
